Customers and vendors can then track event progress, completion, and closure in real time. In addition, the ARC enables customers to directly connect with vendors when executing purchase orders or submitting payments. With Service Force MGT handling overall project management, qualified, insured vendors can do what they do best -- provide skilled, cost-competitive MRO services.
