your exclusive access to your Web-based platform for inputting, documenting, and
inquiring about service requests, work orders, electronic procurements, and
invoices. In addition, you will be assigned unique toll-free phone and fax
numbers for all non-Web service requests and inquiries. All information received
online, by phone, or by fax is captured and made available to you on the Web. As
a result, corporate and field representatives have constant real-time access to
status reports and service requests. The administrative resource center is open
and on call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
